At anoncph, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new minimalist piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, pristine condition.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the return at our Copenhagen warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
